My Journey
Around 2017, I delved into mindfulness and meditation, having misconceptions. Like with many things, I researched and took an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. I learned the power of mindfulness, meditation, and stillness in managing stress. This marked my journey and I've never looked back.
